Games Within Games
Everyone plays the main game for the big prize, with each week a mini competition in itself.
From Round 4 the real fun begins, with private league match-ups against your mates. Each week you'll be paired off with another player in your league, with the team scoring the most points that week being awarded a win.
So while you battle the world for weekly prizes, you battle your mates for a place at the top of your league table.
There's also an Eliminator knock-out competition.
The Eliminator – what is it?
Get in quick for this knock-out tournament. The Eliminator is a weekly head-to-head draw, where your dream team is matched-up one-on-one against someone else's dream team, in a knock-out competition.
If your team scores more than your opponent, you progress to the next round. If you score less, you’re eliminated.
But there is a maximum number of players who can take part in the eliminator, so get in quick.
Celebrities & Players
Both the AFL and NRL Dream Team competitions attract plenty of attention, with celebrities from both inside and outside the sports taking part last season.
In 2009 the likes of Nathan Buckley, Eamon Sullivan and Julia Gillard took part in the AFL competition and celebrities including Andrew Symonds, Brad Haddin and Joel Parkinson played NRL Dream Team.
It's the official game - the game the players play.
