Adelaide has endured a courageous second-half display from strugglers Richmond to notch a sixth successive victory, getting away by 17 points at Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast.

The Crows' 15.12 (102) to 13.7 (85) win was never really in doubt, despite the Tigers out-scoring them eight goals to six in the second half after trailing by 27 points at the long change.

Kurt Tippett continued his education in Adelaide's forward line with an impressive 5.3 return while Chris Knights, David Mackay and Scott Stevens all chipped in with two goals apiece.
