Promising Australian golfer, Victorian Jin Jeong, has won the Tasmanian Golf Open at Kingston Beach in a play off.

Fellow Victorian Rory Bourke shot a six under 65 and took a three-shot lead into the final 18 holes but he followed with a three over 74.

Jeong claimed victory on the fourth sudden death hole.

Tasmania's Nathan Gatehouse and Riverside's Kalem Richardson tied for fifth at three under.
